Laura jumped out of an airplane for them

So did Morwenna
Carolyne climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for them
Martin & George ran a half marathon for them

25 people crocheted brooches for them
You can use this pattern, to create them!
Lots of people like you bought them (and still can)

Lots of people released a balloon for them

Nearly 200 motorcyclists rode across the Mendips for them

And now they raise funds for other families too!!
Donna sold some cakes for them

Martha’s classmates donated their jokes for the joke book

The Octagon Theatre in Yeovil, sold them

St Dunstans School held a mufti day for them

Even the Mayor of Glastonbury did his bit

What can you do for families caring for their very ill or injured children in hospital?

Brooch pattern letter.
A yellow rose brooch was made for Martha by her teacher's daughter, appropriately named Rosie. This rose brooch has become the emblem for our charity. These hand crocheted brooches are only available at our fundraising events and are a beautiful way to support Martha Care, being eye catching and unusual those of us wearing them find we are often asked where we got them......and so word gets about of what Martha Care is and what we need to achieve to support families with children in hospital.
