Fire Walking 16th September 2011.
Take the shortest sponsored walk ever: Martha Care is organising a sponsored firewalk to raise funds for families caring for very sick children in hospital. Location: Tor Leisure Centre, Glastonbury. |
Families and friends are also invited to support participants, cheering them on as they perform this amazing feat! If you want to take part you will need to register (details below) and raise as much as you can in sponsorship. Everyone's target is £100 - Do your best! Groups or workplace teams are particularly welcome. Last year some of the guys got into the £300 + when you include the gift aid donations. This can be an amazing team-building event for your employees. Each entrant will be asked to pay a registration fee of £30, deductible from the overall sponsorship monies raised; details of how to pay will be sent in the registration pack. |
The secret to getting sponsorship? They can sponsor you online, you don't even need to worry about collecting the money as it's deliveres straight to out bank account!! Best of all, Try and recruit as many friends as you can!
